Confirmation Sacramental Prep is being adjusted now that we are members of the Dubuque Area Pastorate.

Please carefully read the information below regarding Confirmation Prep for the 2026-2027 year.

Confirmation Prep Registration is OPEN for families with a child going into 9th grade or 10th grade in Fall 2026. As we move forward in the Dubuque Area West Pastorate and in an effort to make things consistent,this year (2026/2027) Confirmation Prep will be open to 9-10 graders. In 2027/2028 we will offer prep to 9th grade students. Confirmation Prep classes this year will be a collaboration among St. Anthony, St. Joseph the Worker, and Nativity. This program is open to any students going into 9th or 10th grade from the pastorate. 

We have eight meetings planned with half of the classes being held at St. Anthony and the other half being held at St. Joseph the Worker. Class will take place once a month on the 3rd Sunday of the month from 6:00-7:15 pm.

Registration Status: OPEN for Confirmation 2026-2027. Deadline to register is September 14, 2026

Fee:  There is no sacramental fee for Confirmation this year (2026-2027).

***Registration Note:  We will be using a the same registration system as last year (25/26) called School Systems. This registration system is used Sacramental Prep Registration. Please click the Confirmation class option when signing up for Sacramental Prep Registration. New Families will have to create a new account when registering for this year. Scroll down on the website to create a new account. Returning families will use the same account as before.

Confirmation Day: TBD

Communication: Please register for St. Anthony Flocknote, even if you are a member of another church from the pastorate. Flocknote will be the main form of communication throughout the year for all Confirmation Class notifications.  Click here to register
