Thanks for taking the very first step in the process of Confirmation for St. Anthony Parish! We are excited to walk with this year's teens through this wonderful Sacrament. If you have any questions please contact St. Anthony's Faith Formation Office at 563-582-0377.

From here you will be directed to a page which will give you the option to pay the $40 Sacramental Preparation Fee with a credit card. If you do not wish pay by credit card, please push the submit button and you may simply close out of the screen you are redirected to. Drop your $40 check to the parish office or bring with you to the first meeting. After clicking "Submit" you will have successfully registered. Thanks again!
